1. Shipping
DirectKorea Shop ships orders directly from South Korea to the United States.
Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or local delivery conditions.
All products are inspected before shipment to ensure they are authentic and in good condition.

2. Customs & Import Fees
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs
rules, the previous duty-free de minimis treatment for low-value imports has
been suspended, subject to applicable exceptions. As a result, customs duties,
import taxes, and other import-related fees may apply to orders shipped to the
United States.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The amount depends on the product and applicable U.S.
customs regulations and cannot be guaranteed in advance by DirectKorea Shop.
Refusing to pay applicable import fees or refusing delivery may result in additional return or disposal costs, which may be deducted from any applicable refund.

3. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
DirectKorea Shop is not responsible for
delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs
caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

4. Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged or altered by the customer
• Sale or Final Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for:

• International return shipping
• Original shipping charges
• Any applicable non-refundable payment or transaction fees

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

date shown in the tracking information.

Please include:

• Clear photos of the product
• A photo of the shipping label if you received the wrong item
• Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label if the package was damaged during delivery

Please keep the product, original
packaging, and shipping materials until your request has been reviewed.

If the issue is confirmed, DirectKorea Shop will provide a replacement or full refund for the affected item and cover the applicable return shipping costs.
